  1. Report on progress with Ladycroft Meadow (in conjunction with Ecclesfield in Bloom) - including a proposal to advertise the registration number of the van used to steal soil on our web site.
  2. Ecclesfield Gala on 5th September 2010 - preparations for manning the stand.
  3. Discussion about Sheffield City Councils new "Core Strategy", and Map, and possible submission of on-line comments or attendance on 20th July at 18:00 hours in Chapeltown Library.
  4. Possible projects listed in the last minutes, including re-erecting boundary stones / village green / stile.
x.   Discussion on new planning applications (See planning application list below), including...
        Our letter to Sheffield City Council commenting on the application to put 8 flats in the old Methodist Chapel. Consultation expiry is 2/8/2010; and
        messages concerning the proposed power station on Loicher lane.
