  1. Report on work done during the year, including the Village Christmas Tree, our joint entry into the St. Mary's Church Christmas Tree Festival, and the work on Ladycroft.
  2. Presentation of the accounts.
  3. Election of officers, including volunteers for "Chair", "Treasurer", "Secretary", "Minutes Secretary", and perhaps "Deputy Chair", "Fund Raiser", various "Liaison Officers" or other posts.
  4. Discussion of traffic problems, following our traffic survey results.
  5. Discussion of the Heritage Board and ideas for funding it (See the email received from Sheffield Homes below).

10/01338/FUL "Old Methodist Chapel" has now been granted, but for 6 apartments (plus a resident caretaker flat), not the original 8. Further changes include an increases to the area of obscure glazing, and I cannot see any reference to the oriel or protruding bay window in the new plans (all of which the Conservation Group wrote to comment upon).
