Dear Conservation Group Member,

You are invited to the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Ecclesfield Conservation and Local History Group.

The meeting has been called for 11 a.m on 21st September 2022, on Ladycroft off St. Mary's Lane. The weather forecast is currently fine, but in the case of rain, we may relocate to No. 43 St. Mary's Lane.

The meeting has been prompted by the recent damage to our Heritage board on Ladycroft. The meeting agenda is ...

1. Since we have not had an AGM for some time, to elect officers of the Group.

3. In view of the fact that the Ladycroft board has now been damaged 3 times and that the three boards incur both maintenance and public liability costs, to discuss proposals to secure their future for the village.
